Zucchini Noodles Egg Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorite healthy delicious breakfast option. It’s so good! Like seriously sooooo good!

Zucchini has low calories and has lots of benefits for your nutrition. Added with some protein and fat – perfect meal! And just alone the colour and look of this dish makes you hungry and wanting more of it!

Ingredients for 1 serve: 

– 125g Zucchini

– 25g shredded tasty light cheese

– 1 large egg

– Olive oil spray for frying pan

– Salt and pepper


Macros for 1 serve:

– 175 Cals
– 15 Protein
– 4 Carbs
– 11 Fat
